A new starter at a fresh laptop with a colleague pointing at the screen

Solutions · Onboarding

Their first week, without you repeating yourself.

New starters ask the same questions every time: how to get into the tools, where the files live, how to book leave. Show each task once and talk it through, and they get a guide with a picture for every step.

The problem

What it costs today.

  • The same setup explained to every new starter, by whoever is free
  • Screenshots in old documents that no longer match the software
  • Intro calls where the useful detail is forgotten by Friday

With Vaitly Guides · coming in the next update

Show it once. Share the guide.

  • Record each first-week task once: accounts, tools, expenses, booking leave
  • Steps are made from your clicks; your words become the instructions
  • Black out real names and account numbers before you share
  • Send a PDF for the welcome pack, or a playable guide with a voice

Guides you could make this week

Start with the questions you answer most.

1Set up your laptop and accounts
2Find and share files on the team drive
3Submit an expense claim
4Book annual leave
5Join the right chat channels
6Request access to a system

Four tools, one app

The rest of the job, in the same app.

Vaitly Meetings

Intro and buddy calls are written up with no bot, so the new starter has the notes and the actions.

Dictation

Write the welcome email or the checklist by speaking, in any app.

Polish and search

Search what was said in every onboarding call, and turn agreed actions into a list.

Questions

Onboarding new hires.

Do new starters need Vaitly Voice to read a guide?

No. Export it as a PDF, a single web page, Markdown for your wiki, or an MP4. They open it with what they already have.

Can I keep guides up to date?

Edit any step's wording or picture, reorder, insert or delete steps, and export again. Saving a changed guide sets it back to draft until you mark it ready.
