Prices are in pounds sterling; VAT is added at checkout where it applies. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from Settings → Account. Every purchase and renewal is refundable in full within 14 days, no questions asked. Refund policy. Pro covers 5 active devices, in any mix of Macs and Windows PCs. Existing Private and lifetime customers are moved to Pro at no charge. Speech is transcribed on your computer and audio is not uploaded. Meeting summaries and Cloud Polish send text to our server, which uses OpenAI with storage turned off. Vaitly Meetings is in beta.

Speech is transcribed on your computer on both plans and audio is never uploaded; meeting audio is not saved at all. Pro sends text for its AI features: Cloud Polish sends the finished text of a dictation, and meeting summaries send a transcript's text, to our server, which uses OpenAI. Pro is £9.99 a month or £99 a year. Vaitly Meetings is in beta.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free is plain dictation only: 1,000 words a week, transcribed on one computer with no AI and no account needed. Everything else is in Pro, including SmartText, vocabulary, snippets, history and Vaitly Guides. Pro adds Vaitly Meetings — calls recorded in the background with no bot, then minutes, decisions and action items, search, Ask your meetings and a Monday pack — and makes dictation unlimited, with Cloud Polish, Transforms and encrypted backup.
I bought Private or a lifetime licence. What happens now?
You are moved to Pro at no charge, including Vaitly Meetings. Sign in with the same account. Lifetime licences are no longer sold to new customers.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, from Settings → Account in the app. The change applies from your next renewal.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then becomes Free. Your meetings stay on your computer and can still be opened; recording new calls and new summaries need Pro.
