Vaitly brings together engineers, researchers and designers who have spent their careers on machine learning, speech, and the unglamorous systems work that makes intelligent software feel effortless. We are based in the United Kingdom and we build for a global audience.
Our focus is applied artificial intelligence: turning what is possible in a lab into products that are fast, private and genuinely useful. We prefer models that run where you are, interfaces that disappear, and results you can measure.
Our first consumer product, Vaitly Voice, is available today for Mac and Windows. It records and transcribes your calls with Vaitly Meetings, with no meeting bot, and types what you dictate in any app. Other products will follow.

One company on your statement.
Vaitly Limited is the company behind Vaitly Voice. When you take out a subscription, the charge on your card or bank statement appears as Vaitly Limited. Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where it applies.
Questions about an invoice or a renewal go to the same inbox as everything else, and a person replies.
