What Pro includes
When a Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, WhatsApp, Slack, FaceTime, Webex, ChatGPT voice or Claude voice call starts, Pro records it in the background and transcribes it on your computer: your microphone as you, the call's audio as everyone else. No bot joins the call, and no admin has to approve anything.
Every meeting gets minutes, decisions and action items with owners, plus open questions and risks. Each one links back to the moment it was said.
Meetings land on a week or month calendar, with attendees from your own calendar. Search every transcript, ask a question across your meetings, track action items, get a meetings pack every Monday, and export to Word, PDF, Markdown or subtitles, or send to Notion or Slack.
Save a Voice Memo to a folder in iCloud Drive or OneDrive and it is transcribed on your computer. Press Record now for a meeting in the room.

Yes. One Pro plan covers your Macs and Windows PCs within the same device allowance.
No. Speech is transcribed on your own computer. Pro sends text only: a meeting transcript's text for summaries and questions, and the finished text of a dictation for Cloud Polish.
No. VV records on your own computer, so nothing joins the call and nothing is installed in Teams or Zoom.
Yes. You are responsible for telling everyone on the call. Recording other people can need their agreement where you are.
Requests are sent to OpenAI with storage turned off, and Vaitly does not keep the text. Zero data retention is not in place, so OpenAI's standard API data handling applies.
No. Existing Private and lifetime customers are moved to Pro at no charge. Sign in with the same account.
Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then becomes Free. Your meetings stay on your computer and can still be opened, listed and deleted; recording new calls and new summaries need Pro.
