A second dictation shortcut runs your chosen transform before the text lands. The destination is printed on the transform: stays on this Mac, or sent to a provider you named.
Write the instruction as you would to a writing assistant. Try it on sample text, inspect the diff, undo and keep your words.
Cloud is opt-in per transform, not a silent default. That is the opposite of products that must upload audio to “clean it up.”
