A second dictation shortcut runs your chosen transform before the text lands. The destination is printed on the transform: stays on this computer, or sent to a provider you named.

Cloud is opt-in per transform, not a silent default. That is the opposite of products that must upload audio to “clean it up.” Only text goes, and only to the provider you added.
